Job summary

RONA in Winnipeg is seeking aStore Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise teams, manage merchandising, and ensure store standards align with corporate objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, at least 5 years retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to recruit, coach, and motivate staff while controlling budgets and schedules.

Your role:

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements

• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for:

• 5 years experience in personnel management
• Experience managing a retail business
• Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous
• Excellent communication skills
