• Ability to design and lead end-to-end learning systems and curriculum.

• Define and lead Canada’s L&D strategy and scalable curriculum.
• Own end-to-end curriculum architecture and content relevance.
• Design blended learning models and drive adoption with cross-functional partners.
• Provide strategic leadership across L&D, Pathway, and Partner Development.
