Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to oversee a diverse technology portfolio across Canada. The role requires leadership of store technology deployments, infrastructure projects, and security initiatives, with on-site requirements in Burnaby and flexible remote work across the country.

The ideal candidate will manage a team, coordinate with cross‑functional partners, and drive delivery excellence while ensuring alignment with business growth and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior technology delivery, program management or delivery leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Strong vendor management, governance and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of store technology programmes and infrastructure deployments across Canada.
• Lead, coach and manage Store Technology Project Coordinators and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Coordinate with business partners to align delivery with growth plans and timelines.
• Provide escalation point for delivery issues and drive continuous improvement of delivery models.
