Specsavers in Burnaby, BC, is seeking an experienced Talent & Development Manager to partner with the Head of Talent & Development. Design, implement, and continuously improve learning offerings across the organization, coordinating with HR and business leaders to close capability gaps.
Role involves strategic design, coordination, and hands-on execution, with strong focus on F2F & virtual facilitation, coaching, and learning technology adoption. Hybrid work model and growth opportunities.
Location: This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site at our Burnaby, BC office and 2 days remote per week.

We are seeking an experienced Talent & Development (T&D) Manager to partner with the Head of Talent & Development to design, implement, and continuously improve our learning and development offerings across the organization. The T&D Manager will work closely with the HR team, and business leaders to identify capability gaps, build development solutions, and foster a culture of learning across Specsavers.
This role is apart of a team at its early stages of growth, helping shape the future of people development within the Specsavers Canada office. It will be a combination of strategic design, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate is someone that is excited about managing our development offerings, being in the details, and skilled in F2F & virtual facilitation.
$110,000 - $125,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonus, profit sharing, and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience
