Job summary

Mevotech is seeking a Director, Enterprise AI Strategy & Transformation in Toronto. You will lead the enterprise AI strategy, portfolio, and value realization, partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities and drive measurable outcomes.

You will oversee AI solution development, governance, adoption, and partnerships, ensuring programs deliver ROI and align with financial goals. Role is hybrid with collaboration across Mississauga and North York facilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and ROI measurement.
• Proven ability to translate technology into business value.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of AI technologies including generative AI and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steer the enterprise AI strategy, portfolio, and value realization.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions across the enterprise.
• Establish governance, risk, and responsible adoption practices for AI initiatives.
• Drive AI literacy, adoption, and change management across leaders and staff.
• Oversee vendor, technology, and partner management for AI initiatives.
