Job summary

Deloitte Canada is seeking a Manager to partner with senior leaders, driving enterprise platform strategy and governance for AI-enabled ventures. You will blend deep technical judgment with strategic leadership to influence architecture, data decisions, and investment outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple workstreams, and communicate clear recommendations to executives while delivering high-quality results in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strategic and leadership skills at portfolio/enterprise scale.
• Ability to connect technology choices to business strategy and investments.
• Ability to defend cases for trade-offs with senior executives and steering committees.
• Ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams; own workstream delivery end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Drive workstreams end-to-end—from problem framing to recommendations and mobilization.
• Lead research on architecture, cloud infrastructure, data strategy, and governance.
• Evaluate platforms and vendor options against security, data, and regulatory standards.
• Guide technology portfolio decisions with architecture and engineering leadership.
• Own executive narratives, strategy papers, and memos; run leadership sessions.
• Manage a team and multiple workstreams with disciplined planning and delivery.
