Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Strategist, Enterprise to work with global organizations on AI-enabled transformation. You will lead discovery, shape engagements, and produce materials that move engagements from initial conversations to committed programs.

You will build durable AI capabilities, support senior leaders, and collaborate across AI, product, marketing, design, and data teams in a hybrid Toronto environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in a client-facing role with exposure to enterprise or corporate clients; consulting/strategy/advisory experience is a plus.
• Genuine interest in AI, digital technology, and organizational transformation.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and communicate a clear point of view.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work as required.

Responsibilities

• Help enterprises build durable, organization-wide AI capability, including skills, processes, tools, and operating models.
• Support senior leaders to explore digital and AI opportunities shaping products and customer experiences.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives and leaders across AI, product, marketing, design, and data teams.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients, guiding opportunity discovery and engagement growth.
• Learn each client’s business model and competitive pressures to identify where new capabilities will change performance.
• Support discovery and current-state assessment across people, process, and technology.
• Contribute to design of target-state capabilities and digital operating models, and help sequence changes into a transformation roadmap.
• Contribute to advisory work on digital and AI innovation and how AI changes products and customer experiences.
• Design, facilitate, and coordinate executive workshops and working sessions to drive decisions.
• Structure proposals, presentations, business cases, and engagement documentation for senior audiences.
• Track AI, digital, and innovation trends and open new conversations with the market.
