Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Toronto is seeking an AI Strategy & Execution Lead for a hybrid work setting. You will shape and accelerate the AI transformation journey by defining an AI-enabled operating model, identifying high-value opportunities, and driving AI adoption across business teams.

The role collaborates with senior leaders, technology, analytics, and risk functions to build scalable AI solutions, measure value, manage change, and ensure responsible AI practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or technology-related roles.
• Minimum 2+ years of management consulting experience focused on AI, technology transformation, digital transformation, or operating model design.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise AI adoption or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and capabilities including AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, AI Orchestration, AI Evaluations and Testing, AI Guardrails and Governance, AI Development Lifecycles, Responsible AI Practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Total rewards: $110.00 - $150.00 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the roadmap for AI adoption across the business.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases that align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
• Lead initiatives focusing on workflow transformation, process redesign, and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Build compelling business cases and executive presentations to support AI investments and strategic decisions.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Analytics, and Risk teams to implement AI solutions in a scalable and compliant manner.
• Establish success measures, adoption metrics, and governance frameworks to monitor value realization.
• Drive organizational change management activities to promote awareness, adoption, and effective use of AI capabilities.
• Support the development and implementation of responsible AI practices, governance standards, and risk controls.
