Job summary

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting an AI Strategy & Execution Lead for a financial services client in Toronto. This hybrid contract role will shape and accelerate AI transformation by identifying high-value opportunities, driving adoption, and ensuring investments deliver measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will develop AI roadmaps, build executive business cases, and collaborate with Technology, Data, Analytics, and Risk to implement scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy, transformation, consulting, or technology-related roles.
• 2+ years of management consulting focused on AI, technology or digital transformation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI adoption or business transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of AI agents, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience developing executive-level business cases and presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the roadmap for AI adoption across the business.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases with measurable value.
• Lead workflow transformation and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Build business cases and executive presentations to support AI investments.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Analytics, and Risk teams to implement AI solutions.
• Establish success measures, adoption metrics, and governance for value realization.
• Drive change management to promote AI capabilities adoption.
• Support responsible AI governance and risk controls.
