Stok seeks an Embodied Carbon Service Group Director to lead a NA-wide team delivering wbLCAs, portfolio embodied carbon accounting and decarbonization plans for real estate portfolios. The role blends billable project work with leadership, mentorship, and business development responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 years in sustainability, 4–8 years in embodied carbon, and a track record in consulting leadership, go-to-market development and client relationships across US/Canada; LEED

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within a consulting environment.
• Strong track record in Embodied Carbon measurement and decarbonization.
• Experience with LEED and ILFI certification pursuits preferred.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level narratives.
• Experience working across US and Canada a plus.

Responsabilités

• Refine and execute 2026 vision for Embodied Carbon Service Group.
• Lead workflow standardization and efficiency improvements.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and client engagements.
• Mentor team members and manage performance.
• Develop pricing, sales, and delivery for new opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor to key clients and support retention.
