Job summary

Stok seeks an Embodied Carbon Analyst to join our Carbon Services Team. You will quantify emissions for development and TI projects, perform wbLCA, and communicate results to clients. Ideal candidates have a background in architecture or structural engineering and experience with OneClick LCA, EC3, or TallyCAT.

We support hybrid work across North America, with opportunities in Canada and the U.S. and no mandated in-person requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, structural engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of full-time LCA experience in real estate.
• Intermediate OneClick LCA; EC3 or TallyCAT experience.
• Revit and BIM360 for material takeoffs.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Quantify carbon emissions for development and TI projects across portfolios.
• Perform wbLCA and provide recommendations to reduce life‑cycle impacts.
• Review wbLCA calculations for accuracy.
• Collect and analyze data on energy, waste, construction, and transport.
• Develop reports and presentations communicating data and recommendations.
• Manage time to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Present results to clients with limited coaching.
• Support Project Managers on sustainable design strategies and technologies.
• Attend industry workshops to stay updated on trends and regulations.
