Job summary

Targeted Talent in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Project Sustainability Lead to drive sustainability from concept through occupancy. The role is hybrid in Vancouver and full-time, with senior responsibilities and a CAD/DOE reference to industry standards.

You will lead energy and embodied-carbon modelling (LCA tools like Tally, EC3, OneClick, Athena) and steer certification strategies (LEED, Zero Carbon, WELL). Mentoring and cross‑team coordination are key success factors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sustainability consulting or a related field.
• Proven leadership of large-scale, performance-driven building projects.
• Skilled in LCA (Tally, EC3, OneClick, Athena) and energy modelling (eQUEST, IES‑VE, EnergyPlus, OpenStudio).
• Deep knowledge of Step Code, ASHRAE, NECB, Passive House equivalencies.
• Experience with LEED, Zero Carbon, WELL, ILFI frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring and building high-performing teams.
