Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of professional experience in digital learning, instructional design or education technology.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing people.
- Strong knowledge of learning design and pedagogy and product development.
- Ability to scope learning and digital product work, build estimates and risk plans.
- Experience collaborating with designers and developers to deliver learning and digital products.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and delivery: define scope, deliverables and timelines.
- Set learning and product direction: determine content formats and tech stacks.
- Manage clients and support business development: communicate clearly and guide decisions.
- Lead team members and external contributors: prioritize work and coach growth.
- Identify practical uses for AI and automation in workflows while ensuring quality.
