Job summary

NewAge Products Inc. in North York, ON, seeks a Sr. Manager, Order Fulfillment & Data Analytics to own the end-to-end order lifecycle—from order arrival to customer doorstep.

You will build the automation engine for OMS and TMS insourcing, migrate logic, partner with IT on integration, and develop a centralized data store supporting informed decisions. Applicants should have a post-secondary degree and 10+ years in ecommerce/retail order management, plus proven leadership and experience

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in ecommerce/retail order management and fulfillment; 5+ years leading a team.
• Experience insourcing or implementing OMS and/or TMS platforms (vendor selection, integration, optimization).
• Strong analytical ability; SQL and BI tooling required; Python/R preferred.
• Experience managing 3PL, carrier, and technology vendor relationships; contract negotiation & SLA enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order lifecycle from receipt to doorstep.
• Lead automation engine build for OMS & TMS insourcing; manage ROI model, BRD, specs, PMO plan.
• Migrate order import, validation, allocation, and routing logic to owned platform with audit trails.
• Collaborate with IT on architecture, API/EDI integration, ERP interoperability; be final arbiter of order logic.
• Build centralized datastore for orders, inventory, freight, carrier, retailer, and financial data.
