Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Order Management Systems in Toronto. You will own the end-to-end OMS platform, driving the financial aggregation layer, ERP integration, and internal tools that support order capture, settlement, and event distribution.

You will partner across Engineering, Finance, and Operations to define revenue recognition flows, set platform SLAs, and ensure data quality and timely, auditable data.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Product Management experience, ideally in platform/financial systems or order management
• Ownership of a product line or multi‑team domain setting strategy
• Experience owning order management, financial settlement, or transactional platforms with ERP integration (NetSuite strong)
• Strong understanding of transactional hygiene: idempotency, reconciliation, event delivery semantics, data lineage
• Proven automation or system improvements reducing manual ops and accelerating financial close
• Proven end-to-end delivery of complex platform products with measurable business impact
• Ability to translate transactional/financial flows into actionable insights; strong SQL and metrics mindset
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance and Operations; Agile and release planning skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the OMS platform end-to-end, including the financial aggregation layer and internal order tools
• Serve as connective tissue between Engineering, Finance, Internal Operations, and downstream product teams
• Define settlement, reconciliation, and revenue recognition flows that are accurate and auditable
• Define event schemas, delivery guarantees, and integration contracts used by upstream and downstream teams
• Set and defend platform SLAs for throughput, latency, and reconciliation completeness
• Drive internal ops tooling investments via hypothesis-driven validation and metrics
• Ensure data quality and reliability across transactional layers, including idempotency and replay
• Translate complex flows into insights to prioritize product work and unblock internal customers
• Improve operational throughput by prioritizing OMS surface improvements
• Articulate platform strategy and secure leadership alignment
