Job summary

RBC Borealis is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead and shape the RBC Assist AI platform. You will partner with engineering, ML research, and advisory teams to define and deliver high-impact products, align roadmaps, and grow adoption across RBC business lines.

You will manage a team of experienced Product Managers, guiding product strategy, execution, and measurement of success metrics while collaborating with cross-functional groups to accelerate AI-driven value for RBC

Responsibilities

• Define what problems the platform will solve and why to build it.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to derive insights for strategy and planning.
• Develop product collateral including site, roadmap, and brochures.
• Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for platform areas.
• Define and track OKRs and KPIs and drive the team to achieve them.
• Drive growth and consumption of the platform to meet product KPIs.
• Increase adoption and retention of the platform.
