Job summary

Canada Goose is seeking a Manager, Advanced Analytics & BI to lead the strategy, design and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics. You will own the BI roadmap and partner with the Data team to build scalable pipelines and dashboards, guiding analytics projects that translate data into measurable business impact.

As a hands-on leader, you will set standards, govern the BI environment, and collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to drive revenue performance and data-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI/analytics experience with project leadership.
• Ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
• expertise with SQL and ETL development and data warehousing (Star Schema, Kimball).
• Advanced BI visualization experience (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience applying forecasting, statistical modeling, or ML techniques.
• Strong collaboration with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker balancing long-term roadmap with day-to-day priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics projects end-to-end with stakeholder alignment.
• Design and maintain enterprise data pipelines and models for reporting.
• Develop reports and dashboards and oversee weekly enterprise reports.
• Partner with Data/Engineering to scale BI pipelines and dashboards.
• Ensure governance and data integrity across the BI ecosystem.
