A federal security agency in Ontario is looking for a Head of Data and Information Projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the Information Management Program, lead project management efforts, and provide strategic advice to senior management. With a focus on compliance and efficient delivery of projects, this role requires an undergraduate degree and several years of relevant experience.
Job title: Head, Data and Information Projects; Head, Data and Information Stewardship.
Any higher level of education (i.e.: Masters, Doctorate) could be recognized as experience.

For informal supervision, we are looking for experience related to the skills required to perform the functions, and not necessarily formal “supervisory” experience. Depending on the number of employees to be supervised, this may involve various degrees of experience in planning, coordination, control and leadership of human resources. These skills may have been acquired through both work-related and other experiences, including volunteer and other work experiences outside the Service, as a supervisor or not.
An asset qualification is a qualification which can enhance the ability to perform the work based on current and future business requirements, but which is not strictly required. Assets can help determine right fit in certain circumstances.

The competency Based Interview will assess candidates’ experience and the following Key Leadership Competencies (KLC).
