Cypress Mountain is seeking a Head Chef to lead our Food & Beverage operations across all kitchen lines, from menu concept to execution. You will mentor a high-energy team, manage food costs, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced mountain setting.

As a key member of the F&B Management Team, you’ll develop menus for multiple outlets, oversee training, scheduling, and safety programs, and collaborate with leadership to deliver memorable dining while upholding our core values.

Competenze

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of kitchen management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations.

• Participate in the hiring process of all kitchen roles.
• Lead, train, mentor, support and give feedback to team members in their success within the F&B department.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience.
• Address culinary concerns promptly and professionally.

• Assist with scheduling and payroll.
• Create build books, training guidelines and ensure they are current.
• Build menu engineering plans and supporting documentation.
• Monitor food costs and inventory to enhance profitability.
