Job summary

Source Energy Services in Peace River, AB is hiring a Haul Truck Operator to join our field crews.

You’ll operate 30- and 45-ton articulated haul trucks, perform inspections, assist plant operator, and support safety practices on 12-hour shifts. Training provided; prior experience is a plus.

We offer a monthly bonus program, RRSP matching, overtime pay, and an employee wellness program; two weeks on/one week off rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred but training provided.
• Working knowledge of hazards and safety precautions for heavy equipment operations.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong ability to communicate and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Haul Trucks (30 tons and 45 tons articulated) and learn other heavy equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Report defects to management and assist plant operator to ensure productivity.
• Follow safety standards to protect personnel and property.
