Source Energy Services is hiring a rough framer to build wood structures for residential, commercial, and agricultural projects in Grimshaw and Peace River, AB. The role requires a high school diploma; training is provided for those with limited experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform all duties in compliance to appropriate safety and security standards to reduce risk to employees and damage to property.

Operate various sizes and weights of equipment, such as excavator (35-95 tons), dozer (D8+), grader (Cat 14, JD870), haul truck (30 tons and 45 tons articulated haul truck) and front end loader.

Clean equipment, perform routine inspections, provide preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, and report defects to management.

Assist the plant operator to ensure plant productivity.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience preferred but not required, training will be provided for the right candidate.

Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment operations.
