Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Moncton, New Brunswick, is recruiting for a Production Supervisor to lead a busy food manufacturing operation. You will oversee daily production, coach employees, troubleshoot challenges and keep safety and quality top of mind.

This permanent, full-time role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on efficiency and waste reduction, and the ability to manage a 24-hour, six-day operation in a unionized setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a unionized workplace.
• Food, beverage or manufacturing experience is a strong asset.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Practical, hands-on approach to solving problems.
• Flexibility to support a 24-hour, six-day operation.
