Job summary

CRH is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Techniseal plant in Candiac, Canada. The role focuses on daily supervision of production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of GMP and lean principles. Day shift, full-time, with competitive benefits and stable career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and GMP compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise production teams to meet daily targets.
• Enforce Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain production documentation and reports.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and quality standards for materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, R&D and Logistics.
• Coach and develop staff through training and mentoring.
