Job summary

Belron Canada Incorporated in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and adherence to company policies. You will manage a hands-on team, set schedules, and drive performance.

The role requires 5–7 years in distribution management, a logistics degree, strong planning and communication skills, and solid knowledge of health and safety.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years distribution management or team leadership experience.
• Degree or certification in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong planning and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety in warehouse/delivery.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new hires.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse layout.
• Ensure health and safety protocol compliance.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and manage schedules.
• Analyze costs and KPIs and report to stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, transport companies.
