Qualifications

• Hands-on, highly organized, proactive candidate.
• Experience in retail operations or food production is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail shop operations.
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing lists and stockroom organization.
• Coordinate packaging, fulfillment and order shipments (online, wholesale, local).
• Lead and train a small operations team and maintain high customer service standards.
