Läderach in Richmond, BC is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder (Shift Lead) to champion the brand and lead the in-store experience. The role combines customer service leadership with hands-on store tasks and shift supervision.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year retail experience, strong communication, reliability, and a passion for chocolate. You will train teammates, support merchandising, and uphold food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about chocolate and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and support in-house team.
• Provide training and help Store Associates meet production goals.
• Lead in-store tasks during shifts, upholding brand standards.
• Ensure smooth movement on the sales floor and correct merchandising.
• Support food safety protocols and store compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and drive continuous improvement.
