Job summary

Läderach is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfillment Lead in Toronto to drive our order fulfilment and customer care operations. You will lead a small, fast-paced e-commerce team in a warehouse environment, ensuring accurate picking/packaging and timely shipping for Canada.

E-Commerce Fulfillment Lead

The E-Commerce Fulfillment Lead will be the driving force behind our order fulfillment and customer care operations. The ideal candidate is eager to work at a fast-paced company and is willing to learn and put in some elbow grease as a member of our small, yet powerful, e-commerce team. This candidate has had experience with pick-and-pack work environments, managing teams, is comfortable with working at a warehouse, and has customer relations experience.

What You Can Expect
  • You will train and instruct the in-store e-commerce team on the process order fulfilment and shipping.
  • You will act as a leader/manager and model example to the ecommerce team
  • You support in refining and streamlining e-commerce processes to ensure maximum efficiency
  • You will navigate online shopping platform to pull and process online shop invoices
  • You will pick and pack ecommerce orders that are shipped for the Canada market
  • You will ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately
  • You will ensure all orders are shipped meeting company standards
  • You will help outbound larger and corporate orders
  • You will perform workspace cleaning tasks as needed and maintain an overall clean and organized environment
  • You will assist with inbound inventory and large shipments (receiving)
  • You will resolve fulfillment errors and act as lead e-commerce customer service
  • You will manage relationships with our shipping partners
  • You will perform monthly inventory counts
  • You will perform other role-related duties as assigned by the Regional Manager and/or Company President

Physical Requirements
  • Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).
  • Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.
  • Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.
  • Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.
  • Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.
  • Requires the ability to lift 7-18 kilograms.
