Job summary

Purdys Chocolatier is seeking a Director, Retail Sales & Operations to lead the national retail network of over 90 stores across Canada. You will protect and evolve the customer experience while driving profitable sales growth and operational excellence through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will shape store standards, oversee inventory and budgets, and mentor district and store leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing the retail sales function at director/manager level.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline (i.e. Business or Communications) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national network of 90+ stores to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Protect and evolve culture, service standards, and customer experience.
• Drive profitable sales growth and operational excellence through leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Own same-store sales growth by improving traffic, conversion, and average transaction value.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and business plans for the retail channel.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, and Real Estate teams to drive traffic and conversion.
