Job summary

Nova Doors and Windows in Halifax is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a nine-person sales team and drive a data-driven sales process across the Halifax area and broader Nova Scotia market.

You will coach staff, optimize end-to-end sales, collaborate with production and installation, and represent the company at trade shows. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Halifax with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading and developing a sales team with measurable results.
• Data-driven approach to sales management using CRM data to guide decisions.
• Strong knowledge of the Nova Scotia market and construction/building products is a plus.
• Collaborative leadership across sales, production, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a nine-person sales team, using CRM data to spot trends and coaching opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with sales staff and mentor for development and succession planning.
• Own end-to-end sales process: reduce errors, improve quotes, and raise close rate.
• Liaise with production and installation to move orders accurately and catch issues early.
• Oversee administrative support for sales, including scheduling.
• Represent the company at conventions and trade shows as needed.
• Be part of the senior leadership team and contribute to growth strategy.
• Step in for sales appointments when scheduling gaps occur and conduct personal sales.
• Travel regularly within the region; valid driver's license required.
