Nova Doors and Windows in Halifax is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a nine-person sales team and drive a data-driven sales process across the Halifax area and broader Nova Scotia market.
You will coach staff, optimize end-to-end sales, collaborate with production and installation, and represent the company at trade shows. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Halifax with regular travel.
Venor is proud to partner with our client, Nova Doors and Windows, in the recruitment of a Regional Sales Manager. Nova Doors and Windows designs, manufactures, and installs windows and doors for homeowners across Metro Halifax, the South Shore, and the Valley. The company completes its own manufacturing and its own installations, with no subcontractors, an approach summed up in its own tagline: we make it, we install it, we guarantee it. That model, paired with a high‑end, energy‑efficient product line, has earned the company one of the strongest reputations in the market. Reporting directly to the President, the Regional Sales Manager will be the first person to bring structured leadership, coaching, and a data‑driven process to the sales team. This is a hands‑on, foundational role. The right person will take the time to learn the business and build trust with the team before driving change, then use that credibility and a CRM‑driven view of the numbers to raise close rates, tighten order accuracy, and enhance the overall customer experience. This is a permanent, full‑time position based in the Halifax area, with regular travel across the company's trading area and occasional travel to industry trade shows and conventions.
