Fraserway RV is looking for a Guest Services Supervisor to join our Leduc Rentals team!

If you've worked in hotels, tourism, travel services, or another hospitality environment and enjoy leading people, solving problems, and creating memorable customer experiences, this could be a great opportunity for you.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can confidently communicate with our German-speaking and international customers, support a busy customer service team, and keep daily rental operations running smoothly.

Previous RV experience is not required. Your hospitality experience, leadership skills, and ability to deliver excellent customer service are what matter most.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, coach, and support the Customer Service team in daily operations.

Coordinate employee schedules, assignments, and workflow.

Provide training, guidance, and ongoing feedback to team members.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.

Step in to assist the team during busy periods.

Guest Experience & Customer Service

Welcome and assist international travellers throughout their RV rental experience.

Communicate confidently with customers in both German and English.

Oversee reservations, rental agreements, vehicle pick-ups, and returns.

Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Ensure customers receive clear information about their rental experience.

Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service.

Support the team in delivering a welcoming and memorable customer experience.

Daily Rental Operations

Coordinate daily front-counter activities and customer service operations.

Review upcoming reservations and prepare for scheduled customer arrivals and departures.

Coordinate customer transfers and shuttle arrangements.

Work closely with Fleet and Service teams to ensure vehicles are ready for customers.

Manage changing priorities and help resolve operational challenges.

Maintain accurate customer records, rental documentation, and reports.

Performance & Process Improvement

Monitor service standards, team productivity, and operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows and customer experience.

Address recurring customer service concerns and recommend practical solutions.

Support the implementation of new procedures and operational improvements.

Maintain a high standard of accuracy, organization, and customer care.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required Qualifications

Fluent in German and English , with the ability to communicate confidently with customers in both languages.

Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, hotel operations, guest services, or a related customer-focused service environment.

Previous supervisory, team-lead, or management experience.

Strong customer service skills, including experience handling complaints and resolving customer concerns.

Ability to coach, motivate, and support employees in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, and other business applications.

Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing priorities.

Availability to work weekends and flexible hours based on operational needs.

Nice to Have

Experience in RV rentals, car rentals, travel operations, or automotive services.

Additional language skills, particularly Dutch.

Experience working with international travellers.

Familiarity with booking, reservation, or rental management systems.
