Job summary

Fraserway RV is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our Abbotsford, BC on-site team. You will support Sales Consultants with documentation, order processing, pricing updates, and daily administrative duties to keep our operations moving smoothly.

This full-time, permanent role requires a minimum of 2 years in sales coordination or dealership administration, ideally in automotive or RV environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales coordination or dealership administration
• Experience in automotive, RV, or dealership environments is a strong asset
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with CRM/dealership or inventory systems is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-department coordination
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ownership of responsibilities
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Abbotsford, including weekends as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Sales Operations: Support Sales Consultants with documentation, order processing, pricing updates, and daily administrative requirements
• Inventory Coordination: Track RV orders, maintain inventory records, and coordinate updates with manufacturers and internal teams
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Inventory to coordinate vehicle readiness, deliveries, and priorities
• CRM & Lead Management: Maintain customer records, monitor leads, and support timely follow-ups
• Marketing Support: Coordinate inventory listings, website updates, social media content, sales events, and promotions
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare schedules, reports, and internal communications with accuracy and timeliness

Fraserway RV is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Abbotsford team.

What You'll Do

• Sales Operations: Support Sales Consultants with documentation, order processing, pricing updates, and daily administrative requirements.
• Inventory Coordination: Track RV orders, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate updates with manufacturers and internal teams.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Inventory to coordinate vehicle readiness, deliveries, and operational priorities.
• CRM & Lead Management: Maintain accurate customer records, monitor leads, and support timely follow-ups.
• Marketing Support: Coordinate inventory listings, website updates, social media content, sales events, and promotional activities.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare schedules, reports, and internal communications while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, dealership administration, service writing, or a comparable administrative support role.
• Experience in an automotive, RV, or recreational vehicle dealership is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with CRM, dealership management, or inventory systems is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to coordinate across multiple departments.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Abbotsford, including weekends as scheduled .
