Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for the Moxy Halifax Downtown in Halifax, NS. You will lead the Guest Services Team, train staff, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to guests from arrival through departure.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and cash-handling abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as front desk agent in a hotel.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards is a plus.
• Previous experience leading a team is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Register guests into the system and verify reservations.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and courtesy.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist guests with needs and inquiries.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain cash handling and daily reporting of receipts.
