Moxies is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead shifts, uphold service standards, and support a team on the floor and in the dining room. This hands-on leadership role blends guest care with staff development.
You will be visible on the floor, coach and provide feedback to teammates, manage shift transitions, and ensure a welcoming, professional environment. Prior FOH or server experience is valued with opportunities for growth.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, leading by example, supporting their teammates, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Front of House Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to help lead successful shifts by ensuring our service standards are consistently met, our team feels supported, and every guest is taken care of.
This is a hands‑on leadership position. When you are scheduled to supervise, you will help oversee the Front of House operation and support the team throughout the shift. When you are not supervising, you will continue to work as a Server and contribute directly to the guest experience.
We are looking for someone who wants to develop their leadership abilities while continuing to build strong hospitality and service skills.
A successful Front of House Supervisor is someone who is visible, approachable, and engaged throughout the shift. They notice when a guest needs attention, when a team member needs support, or when a standard is beginning to slip — and they take action.
