Job summary

Det'on Cho We Le Dai LP seeks a Guest Services Agent for Keskorie Boarding Home in Yellowknife. You will address client concerns under supervision, providing culturally sensitive assistance during their stay.

Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with duties including greeting guests, coordinating hotel transfers, assisting with luggage, and welfare checks. Required are immunization records and a vulnerable sector check; MS Office skills and strong interpersonal abilities are valued,

Qualifications

• Updated Immunization Record.
• Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Must speak a northern indigenous language.
• Minimum of a Class 4 driver’s license.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and data entry experience an asset.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to take training.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and provide a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate and monitor hotel transfers for clients.
• Assist with luggage and shuttle service as needed.
• Conduct welfare checks and address concerns promptly.
• Conduct hotel guest room audits to identify safety and service concerns.
• Support clients with contacting Medical Travel for travel or health inquiries.
