The Det'on Cho Group of Companies seeks a Guest Services Agent for the Keskorie Boarding Home in the Northwest Territories. You will greet clients, resolve issues, and coordinate transfers to ensure safe, respectful support for Indigenous residents.
Under supervision of Hotel Operation Manager and Front Desk Supervisor, you will manage concerns, assist with travel and meals, and perform room audits as part of daily duties.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of Indigenous clients by providing culturally sensitive support and assistance throughout their stay at Keskorie Boarding Home. Scheduled shift hours will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
