Job summary

Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority Inc. in Swift Current is seeking a Customer Service oriented individual for a full-time Guest Services role at the casino.

You will provide information, assist with Players Club enrollment, answer the switchboard, and support coat check and ticket sales while maintaining a tidy workspace. The ideal candidate has Grade 12 or GED, with experience in gaming or hospitality; strong guest service and cash/card handling skills are assets.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience in Gaming or Hospitality is an asset.
• Experience interacting with the public and providing exceptional customer service is an asset.
• Experience processing cash, debit or credit card payments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to guests using best judgement and assess urgency.
• Assist guests with Players Club enrollment and information.
• Answer casino switchboard and manage coat check as needed.
• Sell event tickets and track inquiries to improve processes.
• Keep workspace tidy and organized; participate in related projects.
