Job summary

Elbow River Casino is seeking a Guest Services Representative to ensure guests receive the best possible service at our Calgary venue. This role involves cash handling, POS transactions, and maintaining a professional appearance in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 1 year of customer service experience, ProServe certification, and flexibility to work days, evenings, late nights, weekends and holidays. Background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
• Experience with a point of sale system is an asset.
• Must be able to work Days, Evenings, Late Nights, Weekends and Holidays.
• ProServe certification required.
• Candidates must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash out functions at the end of each shift.
