Job summary

Recreation Excellence is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for Thunderchild First Nations, SK. You will greet guests, assist with facility operations and memberships, and help ensure a welcoming, safe experience for all visitors.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service or hospitality background, basic cash handling, and comfort with graphic design and social media tasks. First aid/CPR training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Completed grade 12 or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset.
• First aid/CPR-C with AED & WHMIS 2015 training is an asset.
• Knowledge of graphic design and social media platforms is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Assist with facility operations and guest inquiries.
• Handle memberships, registrations, and fee payments.
• Assist with data entry and administrative tasks.
• Assist with graphic design and advertising boards within the facility and social media.
