Job summary
Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing seeks a friendly Guest Service / Retail Associate to welcome guests, handle onboarding, and assist in the retail store. You will work under the Guest Services / Retail Manager and Team Lead, delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Four positions available with both part-time and full-time hours, ranging from 28 to 40 hours per week, starting in early December.
Qualifications
- Greet guests, complete waivers and onboarding.
- Prepare weekly guest group docs and dining schedules.
- Support heli team with guest lunch arrangements.
- Process payments for extras accurately.
- Conduct orientations outlining guest packages.
- Maintain retail inventory and merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, complete waivers, and onboard new guests.
- Prepare weekly docs and dining schedules for in-house guests.
- Coordinate with heli team for lunch requirements.
- Ensure accurate payments for extras.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new guests.
