Mountain Club seeks a part-time Admin / Booking Assistant to support the day-to-day logistics of our heli-ski operation through the winter season. This remote role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with guests and staff in a fast-moving environment.

Approximately 20 hours per week, paying $23.00-$26.00 per hour. Now through April 15, with potential for future year-round work.

• Managing guest inquiries and bookings via email and phone.
• Supporting trip logistics (guest details, waivers, schedules, confirmations).
• Coordinating with operations staff, guides, and pilots.
• Updating booking systems, spreadsheets, and internal documents.
• Assisting with invoicing, payments, and general administrative tasks.
• Helping ensure a smooth, professional guest experience from first contact to ski day.
