Overview

Join our team at Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport as a Guest Services Representative! Bring your exceptional guest service skills and hotel front desk experience to create memorable stays for our guests.

What you will be doing

• Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
• Register guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location; prepare for group check-in and out and VIP arrivals; become informed of events/functions in the hotel during the shift.
• Upsell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests; promote hotel services, facilities, and outlets; provide guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase satisfaction. Make appropriate service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction.

What are the requirements for this role?

• Friendly & hospitality-focused attitude.
• At least one (1) year of guest services experience at a hotel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, as a significant amount of time is spent interacting with guests.
• Available to work any shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight when required.
