AO Globe Life is looking for a Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in making sure our customers have a great experience with our company. If you enjoy talking to people and solving problems, this could be a good fit for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Talk to customers to understand what they need and help them find the right solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Answer customer questions and guide them to make good decisions.

What We're Looking For:

  • You're organized, manage your time well, and are motivated to learn and grow. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is helpful but not required.
  • You're comfortable using computers and different communication tools.
  • You are willing to obtain the HLLQP License; comprehensive support will be provided
  • You're eligible to work in Canada.
