Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of shopping centre services, amenities and promotions.
• Proactively create memorable customer interactions and provide excellent service.
• Interact with shoppers and retailers courteously and efficiently.
• Promote and sell shopping centre gift cards.
• Answer phone calls and provide directions/information to guests.
• Develop relationships with retailers and educate them about centre services.
• Assist guests with questions and centre-specific services.
