Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interactions with guests and colleagues.
• ONQ experience is considered an asset.
• Candidates should be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
• Availability to work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Guest Services operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Model service excellence and uphold Guest Services standards.
• Supervise guest check-in/check-out and payment processing with team support during busy times.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management of the Guest Services team.
• Promote safety and compliance by following health, safety and emergency procedures.
