Job summary

The City of Prince Albert in Saskatchewan is accepting applications for casual Recreation Assistant positions in the Parks, Recreation and Culture department. You will work at the Lake Country Coop Leisure Centre front desk, register the public for programs, take payments, and respond to the needs of participants and customers.

Successful candidates must be able to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 is required; Grade 10 acceptable for continuing full-time student
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Knowledge and interest in recreation is an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, public and co-workers
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • First Aid and CPR C Certification from a recognized institution is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Register the public for programs at the front desk
  • Take payments and respond to customer inquiries

The City of Prince Albert is currently accepting applications for multiple casual positions of Recreation Assistant in the Parks, Recreation and Culture department.
