Job summary

The Cove Lakeside Resort in West Kelowna, BC is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide an exceptional guest experience from reservation to checkout. You will be empowered to exceed expectations with accurate service and a professional approach.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, checking in, answering questions, promoting resort facilities, and maintaining a tidy front desk. This role requires teamwork and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Create and maintain a positive and productive atmosphere at the front desk; have good working relationships with managers and associates in other departments.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
• Sell, process, and maintain all reservation records using Resort selling strategies.
• Ensure the work area is clean, neat, and well organized.
• Be a sales person by active promotion of property facilities and company/property specific promotions in order to contribute to overall profitability.

Wage: $22.35 per hour
