Job summary

GRETA in Vancouver is seeking a Guest Services associate to be the welcoming face of our venues. You will greet guests, assist with coat check, handle cash, and process merchandise purchases, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience from arrival.

Collaborate with management and arcade staff to maintain an organized front of house, manage reservations and guest lists, and help guests feel valued throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing role requiring excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication with guests.
• Strong attention to detail in interactions and transactions.
• Experience handling cash and balancing floats is preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and guest lists is an asset.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous.
