Job summary

This position will primarily work night shifts, including weekends. Responsible for maintaining a safe environment and supporting staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves diligent monitoring of premises, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and promptly addressing any security concerns or disturbances.

Working collaboratively with management and other team members to uphold a welcoming atmosphere while prioritizing the well‑being of all individuals on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests
• Verify identification for individuals who appear under 25 to confirm legal drinking age
• Arrange the lineup area in accordance with established store protocols
• Supervise guest queues to maintain orderly flow
• Observe guests and contribute to safety and security culture
• Work with management and front of house staff to ensure a great guest experience
• Handle disturbances or incidents with professionalism and per protocol
• Express gratitude to departing guests and wish them an enjoyable evening
