Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent for Staybridge Suites West Edmonton. You will join our Front Desk team and be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments while promoting local amenities.

As our Guest Service Agent, you will be working with our Front Desk team to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be checking guests in and out of their rooms, managing reservations, processing payments for hotel services, and sharing your insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel. Ultimately, you will be our guest’s first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay with us to ensure the most memorable of experiences.
